KIEV, Feb. 2 - The besieged eastern Ukrainian town of Avdiyivka has centralized heating supply with average indoor air temperatures of 15-17 degrees Celsius, while centralized power supply has yet to be restored, the Ukrainian State Emergency Service said in a report as of 8 a.m. on Thursday.
"Heating supply to the city with a population of about 22,000 is centralized; it comes from the plant's co-generator running on natural gas; water temperature in the heating grids stands at 50 degrees Celsius, and indoor air temperature is 15-17 degrees. There is rationed centralized water supply from reserves (a 200 kWt power plant of the State Emergency Service is pumping water at the Avdiyivka pumping station)," the report said.
