KIEV. Jan 27 – There is no reason to remove banks with Russian capital from the Ukrainian market, as the banks have additionally capitalized themselves, National Bank of Ukraine Governor Valeriya Gontareva said in an interview with Novoye Vremia weekly.

"Why has no one removed them from the market? They conducted the additional capitalization in full amount. They converted the parent loans into billions of U.S. dollars to cover their gaps in capital. They have stolen nothing from us," she said.
