KIEV, Jan. 23 – PrivatBank (Dnipro) is finishing the approval of an agreement with international company EY to conduct a comprehensive audit of the financial report and operations of the bank, First Deputy PrivatBank Chairman Oleksandr Dubrovin said.

PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) had been auditing the bank. Last week, the National Bank of Ukraine issued a statement harshly critical of PwC's audit of the failed bank and called for the closure of the auditing firm's office in Ukraine.
