FRANKFURT, April 5 - Raiffeisen International Bank AG, the biggest foreign lender in the former Soviet Union, said it plans to sell its Ukraine operations, Bloomberg reported Wednesday.

Raiffeisen International is in talks to sell JSCB Raiffeisenbank Ukraine, the Vienna-based bank said in a statement to the Frankfurt exchange.
