KIEV, Jan. 18 - In a development that may do much to determine the future of his country, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has said that he has arranged a meeting with U.S. President-Elect Donald Trump, who gets sworn into office in two days.

The presidential administration made the announcement on Twitter.
