KIEV, Jan. 12 – The Burisma Group, which has oil and gas assets in Ukraine, has reported that all legal proceedings and pending criminal allegations against its President Mykola Zlochevsky and operating companies of Burisma Group have been closed.

"The decision to fully close all pending legal proceedings and criminal allegations was the result of many months of cooperation between the Prosecutor General's Office (PGO) and the legal team representing the Burisma Group," the group said in a statement issued on Thursday.
