KIEV. Jan 11 – Ukraine in 2016 imported 146,730 tons of potash fertilizers and 17,840 tons of phosphate fertilizers, 7.5% and 22.5% more, respectively, than in 2015, the State Fiscal Service reported.

In money terms, imports of potash fertilizers fell by 5.9%, to $36.96 million, while imports of phosphate fertilizers grew by 83.4%, to $1.88 million.

Supplies of multiple-nutrient fertilizers with two or three nutrients (N, P, K) grew by 47.7%, to 1.858 million tons. In money terms they rose by 24.5%, to $567.31 million.
