KIEV, Jan. 5 – Centrenergo intends to file a lawsuit to a London court against international trader Mercuria Energy Trading SA (Switzerland) and said it has allocated $4 million in its 2017 financial plan to pay for legal services and other needs within the framework of litigation.

The claim is linked with claims regarding the quality of coal the company earlier supplied, a source of Interfax-Ukraine in the government said.
