KIEV, Jan. 4 - The debt of the Ukrainian public for housing and utilities services grew by 16.7% in November compared to October and amounted to UAH 16.021 billion, the State Statistics Service said.

The service said that the indicator does not include the public debt owed for housing and utilities services in the temporarily occupied territory of Crimea and Sevastopol and part of the “Anti-Terrorist Operation zone." Data on Donetsk and Luhansk regions could be specified.
