KIEV, March 31 - The government's economic development committee approved the proposal suggested by the Economy Ministry to start preparations for a second export development project to be implemented jointly with the World Bank.

Under the project, the World Bank may lend Ukraine $153 million for 20 years with a five-year grace period.
