KIEV, Dec. 21 – Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko has confirmed the suicide of Naftogaz Ukrayiny former deputy head, being in office in times of Viktor Yanukovych's presidency, Hennadiy Yuriev, during the search conducted by law enforcement officers of his house in the Vinnytsia region.

"We have established its whereabouts in the Vinnytsia region. During the opening of the house, the owner himself, a former witness, the former deputy Naftogaz Head - Mr. Yuriev shot himself. We were just opening a room when we suddenly heard a shot," Lutsenko told reporters on Wednesday.
