KIEV, Dec. 20 – The National Bank of Ukraine has issued a UAH 15 billion refinancing loan to insolvent PrivatBank at 16% per annum until December 30, 2016.

According to the report, the loan is issued to support liquidity and ensure uninterrupted customer service, the operation of branches and ATMs, and timely payments.

As reported, the Cabinet of Ministers made the decision to transfer 100% of PrivatBank to the state on December 18, 2016.
