KIEV, Dec. 16 - Ukraine said Gazprom made ‘politically motivated’ allegations by warning the country may be forced to illegally use Russian natural gas if air temperatures drop significantly during the winter.

Gazprom CEO Alexei Miller warned on Friday that Ukraine may be forced to tap Russian gas flows if freezing weather persists amid low stocks of gas in its underground gas storage facilities.
