KIEV, Dec. 15 – Ukraine's State Service for Food Safety and Consumer Rights Protection has reported a slight rise in prices of food following the revocation of price regulation.
The authority said Wednesday, referring to the State Statistics Service, in autumn the price of wheat bread grew by 26 kopecks and rye bread – by 34 kopecks. The price of sunflower oil has not considerably changed, and the price of sugar grew by 11.2%. In November, the price of fish fell by UAH 3-5 per kg, but by New Year it could be 5-10% more.
