KIEV, Dec. 15 – State-run enterprise United Mining-Chemical Company managing Vilnohirsk state mining and metallurgical plant (Dnipropetrovsk region) and Irshansk state mining and processing plant (Zhytomyr region) has finished incorporation and reorganized into a public joint-stock company.

The company said in a press release on Wednesday that the company has switched to international management standards.
