KIEV, March 30 ??“ President Viktor Yushchenko assured U.S. Vice-President Dick Cheney on Thursday that Ukraine will continue course on European integration and economic reforms following Sunday??™s general election, Yushchenko??™s press service reported.

Cheney spoke with Yushchenko by phone as the Central Election Commission had completed counting ballots in a vote that had given moderate pro-Russian group, the Regions Party, the first place in the tally.
