KIEV, Dec. 12 – President Petro Poroshenko and German Federal Chancellor Angela Merkel have expressed concern over the pro-Russian forces' constantly violating the ceasefire regime in Donbas, the Ukrainian presidential website said.

Russia's blocking the process of releasing 'Ukrainian hostages' is unacceptable, Poroshenko said in a telephone conversation with Merkel.
