KIEV, Dec. 13 - Ukraine may be able to permanently eliminate imports of natural gas by 2020 through energy conservation measures and tapping new domestic extraction projects, Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman said Tuesday.
“Our strategy is to consume less, but to produce more,” Groysman wrote on his Twitter account. “By 2020, I believe we will be able to meet all our needs with our own gas.”
