KIEV, Dec. 8 - Luhansk Energy Union LLC (LEU) said it has continued cutting the power supply to the capacities of the Popasna district water canal utility, which supplies water to the territories uncontrolled by Ukraine.

Electricity supply was partly disconnected at the second western water filtration station that is a water canal facility on December 7, LEU said.
