KIEV, Dec. 7 – The unsuccessful repeated tender to sell 99.567% of shares in public joint-stock company Odessa Port-Side Plant has showed the inability of Ukraine's State Property Fund and its current managers to effectively conduct privatization, Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman said.
"The recent tender to privatize Odessa Port-Side Plant has showed that the institution [SPF] is absolutely unable to effectively conduct privatization and unable to manage state-owned property," he said at a government meeting in Kiev on Wednesday.
"I would dismiss everyone who manages Ukraine's State Property Fund. If these were my powers, everyone would have been fired," Groysman said.
