KIEV, Dec. 6 – Naftogaz Ukrayiny head Andriy Kobolev believes that it is impossible to sign an amicable agreement with Russia's Gazprom in the litigation heard in the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce.

"There were no attempts [to sign] an amicable agreement. I think that in this situation it is impossible, as there is a large difference in the positions of the sides. This arbitration is politically important. I would not expect any amicable agreement in this concrete case," he said on 3s.tv channel late on Monday.
