WARSAW, Dec. 2 - Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and Polish President Andrzej Duda have expressed their outrage at the European Commission's decision enabling Gazprom to increase gas supplies to Europe bypassing Ukraine.

Ukraine and Poland were shocked by the European Commission's decision of October 28, which offered opportunities to Gazprom for increasing the amount of gas supplied to Europe bypassing Ukraine , the presidents said in a joint statement they adopted following negotiations in Warsaw on December 2.
