KIEV, Nov. 28 - A rally organized by the ex-head of the Odessa regional administration, Mikheil Saakashvili, took place near the monument to Viacheslav Chornovil on the corner of Hrushevsky Street and Museum Lane in central Kiev on Sunday.
In all, up to 2,000 people were present at the event. The people were holding state flags of Ukraine and the European Union.
Speaking before the assembled, Saakashvili urged them to demand early elections to Verkhovna Rada, the Ukrainian parliament, and said that yesterday’s rally was called "The last winter of this parliament."
