KIEV , Nov. 24 - European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker has expressed confidence the European Union will be able to introduce a visa-free regime with Ukraine before the end of 2016.

At a joint press conference with European Council President Donald Tusk and Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, Juncker said he is confident that despite difficulties and differences existing between certain EU member countries and the European Parliament, a visa-free regime may be provided to Ukraine before the end of the year.
