MOSCOW/KIEV, Nov. 25 - S&P Global Ratings raised its long-term issuer credit rating on the Ukrainian capital City of Kiev to 'B-' from 'CC.' The outlook is stable.
"The rating action follows Kiev ’s decision to cancel the restructuring of its local currency G series bonds maturing on Dec. 6, 2016 and to repay the bonds from the city’s own cash reserves ahead of schedule," S&P said.
