KIEV, Nov. 23 - If early parliamentary elections were called in Ukraine in the near future, more than 70% of Ukrainians would be willing to cast their ballots, as is seen from a public opinion survey conducted by the Sofia center of social studies.

As many as 35.1% of those polled believe it is important to reelect the Verkhovna Rada to bring about positive changes in the country, Sofia reported in presenting its findings on Tuesday.
