MOSCOW , Nov. 22 - Vice President of the European Commission for the Energy Union Maros Sefcovic will hold negotiations with Russian Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich and Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak on November 25 in Moscow , according to the official schedule of the European official posted on the website of the European Commission.

The Russian Energy Ministry already last Friday announced a preliminary date for negotiations on November 25. However, a final confirmation was not given by the Russian side's press office.
