KIEV , Nov. 22 – The major pipe enterprises of Ukraine in January-October 2016 reduced production of pipes by 0.5% compared to the same period in 2015, to 704,000 tons.

In October pipe output was 81,400 tons and in September – 83,500 tons.

According to a government source, Khartsyzsk pipe plant ( Donetsk region), located in the “ ATO zone,“ in January-October of the current year produced 13,200 tons of pipes, whereas in the 10 months of last year 67,000 tons. In May-July, the plant was standing idle. In August it made 2,900 tons and in September – 5,700 tons and in October 1,700 tons.
