KIEV, Nov. 18 – Ukraine needs more time to implement agreed fiscal measures, including approval of the 2017 budget consistent with reforms, the International Monetary Fund reported Friday.

An IMF team visited Ukraine during November 3-17 for talks with the government to see if enough reforms has been made to disburse more funding to the country.
