KIEV, Nov. 20 - Ukraine plans to build a 2.5 million metric ton petroleum product terminal near the port of Odessa on the Black Sea, according to plans released by the state oil shipper UkrTransNafta on Tuesday.
The terminal in the port of Pivdenniy will handle both, imports and exports of petroleum products.
UkrTransNafta, which will supervise the project, released the plans in order to get interested foreign companies to submit their ideas and draft designs for the terminal by 2019.
