KIEV, Nov. 18 - Prosecutor General's Office finished investigation of alleged UAH 450 million embezzlement at the national energy company Naftogaz Ukrayiny in 2012-2013 by brothers Oleksandr and Serhiy Katsuba, Naftogaz Ukrayiny's press service reported.

"The investigators have established that Oleksandr and Serhiy Katsuba in the period from August 2012 until 2013 abusing office embezzled Naftogaz's funds in the amount of over UAH 450 million… Fake fuel purchase schemes were used to embezzle the funds. Soon the case will be sent to court," the company said.

Naftogaz said that after the investigation the company would have the right to demand refunding the loss to these persons.
