KIEV, Nov. 16 – Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said at a meeting with G7 ambassadors that the adoption by the UN General Assembly Third Committee of the resolution titled "Situation of human rights in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol (Ukraine)" A/C.3/71/L.26, which was initiated by Ukraine, is a common victory.
"Yesterday, an exceptional event took place in New York – the Third Committee approved the Resolution by a vote of 73 in favor. This demonstrates support for the initiative of Ukraine and the majority of countries," the presidential press service quoted Poroshenko as saying on Wednesday.
