KIEV, Nov. 15 – Parliament has not mustered enough votes to include a draft resolution on measures against former officials to protect Ukraine's national interests, national security, sovereignty and territorial integrity and to counter terrorism.

Only 223 MPs voted for including draft resolution No. 5350 in the agenda on Tuesday with the minimum required being 226 votes, an Interfax-Ukraine correspondent reported.
