KIEV, Nov. 15 – Ukraine's Antimonopoly Committee has approved amendments to the rules of the wholesale electricity market about the possibility of not launching thermal power plants (TPPs) if coal stocks at their warehouses are lower than the acceptable level.
"The amendments to the rules of the wholesale electricity market permits to include to the daily schedule those TPPs that have the required coal stocks," the committee said, referring to its decision No. 485-r made in November 2016.
