KIEV, March 27 ??“ Ukraine intends to discuss with Moldova and Romania a possibility of joint electricity supplies to Balkan countries, Fuel and Energy Minister of Ukraine Ivan Plachkov said.

"We are planning a meeting of the ministers of Ukraine, Moldova and Romania to discuss all the issues on the region and make clear the fulfillment of the program [on joint entering the electricity markets in Balkan region]," Plachkov said.
