LJUBLJANA, Nov. 8 - Ukraine has fulfilled all conditions for establishing a visa-free regime with the European Union, and now the decision rests with the EU, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said.

"I firmly insist that Ukraine did everything it needed to do. It is not up to Ukraine anymore," he said in Ljubljana on Tuesday, replying to an Interfax question regarding the chances for the EU decision to grant visa-free regime to Ukrainians before November 24.
