KIEV, Nov. 4 – Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers has approved a procedure for moving spent nuclear fuel and radioactive materials across the state border.

The procedure is approved in government resolution No. 772 dated September 27, 2016 posted on the government's website on Thursday.

The procedures sets requirements and organization basis for moving spent nuclear fuel from Ukrainian nuclear power plants and radioactive materials received after treating spent nuclear fuel by companies registered in other states across the state border.
