KIEV, Nov. 4 – Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman and U.S. Vice President Joe Biden on Thursday discussed the process of reforms in Ukraine and coordinated further cooperation on raising the necessary aid and assistance from the U.S.
During the meeting they also discussed the launch of the system of electronic declarations, as well as public administration reform, the key element of which is the competitive selection for the posts of state secretaries, the Department of Information and Communication of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine said on Thursday.
