KIEV, Nov. 3 - ABH Holdings S.A. (ABHH, Luxembourg) has become the owner of 99.9101% of Ukrsotsbank (Kiev), Ukrsotsbank has reported in the information disclosure system of the National Commission for Securities and the Stock Market of Ukraine.

"PJSC Ukrsotsbank reports that on October 31, 2016 ABH Holdings S.A. that indirectly holds 100% of Alfa-Bank in Ukraine (via ABH Ukraine Limited (ABHU) holding company) and UniCredit Group (UCG) announced the completion of the deal to transfer 99.9% of shares in PJSC Ukrsotsbank, UCG's asset in Ukraine, in exchange to a minority stake of 9.9% in ABHH," the bank said.
