KIEV, Nov. 2 – Ukraine is among worst countries in the Central, Eastern, and Southeastern Europe (CESEE) region in tax administration, according to the CESEE Regional Economic Issues report posted on the International Monetary Fund website.

According to the measure, "Relative Strength of Tax Administrations," Ukraine has unsatisfactory points in six out of 15 positions. They country has no data for five positions.
