KIEV, March 26 ??“ Yulia Tymoshenko, who will probably become the next prime minister following Sunday??™s general election, reiterated her pledge to cancel a natural gas deal between Ukraine and Russia signed in early January.

The pledge puts Tymoshenko in conflict with President Viktor Yushchenko, who has recently insisted the deal should stay unchanged if Russia agrees to keep gas prices unchanged for the next five years.
