KIEV, Oct. 25 – U.S. aviation authorities have extended until the end of October 2018 the prohibition against flights in Simferopol and Dnipro for all U.S. air carriers, reads a statement by the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration.
The extension of the ban will come into force on October 27 this year due to the continuing unstable situation in the east of Ukraine.
As reported, the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration from December 29, 2014 prohibited civil aviation flights over Simferopol and Dnipropetrovsk (now Dnipro).
