KIEV, March 23 ??“ Ukraine has been mulling construction of a $275 million railway line that would bypass Moldova on the way of sending exports to other European countries, Transportation Minister Viktor Bondar said.

Ukraine has been considering the line, from Izmail to Reni, after a border and trade conflict with Moldova??™s breakaway republic TransDnistria, which had blocked Ukraine??™s railway shipments of cargo to Europe since March 3.
