KIEV, Oct. 24 – There are no secret agreements with foreign partners regarding Donbas, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said.
"The first myth is that some covert agreements unknown to the broad public or our partners allegedly exist over 'Minsk.' I want to categorically dismiss this. This is an atypical style for European politics. This is in Moscow where it is possible to hold talks, sign secret agreements and then not to publish them for years," the president said in an interview with the Ukrainian television channels aired on Sunday evening.
