KIEV, Oct. 20 – The Prosecutor General's Office in Dnipropetrovsk region jointly with regional State Ecological Inspectorate collected over UAH 72 million from ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih in court over losses to the state in violation of environment protection legislation.

The Prosecutor General's Office said in a press release on Wednesday that Dnipro business court of appeals satisfied a counterclaim of Prosecutor General's Office in Dnipropetrovsk region in the interests of the state in the person of the State Ecological Inspectorate in Dnipropetrovsk region. Over UAH 72 million of damage will be collected from the metal company.
