KIEV, Oct. 20 – The buyer of 99.6% of Odessa port-side chemical plant will have to pay off the company's debt to Naftogaz Ukrayiny for consumed natural gas.

The relevant provision is contained in the conditions of the plant's privatization approved by government resolution No. 746-r dated October 19.

The document also reduces the starting price of the company by almost two thirds, to UAH 5.16 billion.
