MOSCOW, Oct. 13 - Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has signed a directive terminating the intergovernmental agreement with Ukraine on interaction in trunk oil product pipelines' operation, a report posted on the Russian government website said.
"Compliant to Article 37 of the Federal Law on International Agreements of the Russian Federation, to accept the proposal of the Russian Foreign Ministry and the Russian Energy Ministry to terminate the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of Ukraine on interaction in the operation of trunk oil product pipelines singed in Moscow on July 26, 1995. The Russian Foreign Ministry shall notify Ukraine about the decision stated herein," the document said.
