KIEV, March 22 ??“ Ukraine and Hungary agreed to go ahead with a 4 billion euro project of building a major highway across both countries that would improve trade between the two, officials said.

The highway, which will link Kiev and Nyiregyhaza, a Hungarian city, will take seven years to build and will be financed by governments and from private funds.
