KIEV, Oct. 12 – Ukroboronprom State Concern has initiated the creation of the UKRARPA defense innovation development platform.

The initiative to create the platform meeting modern trends of global defense industry was announced by Ukroboronprom head Roman Romanov at the 13th Arms and Security 2016 in Kiev on Tuesday.

"The form of UKRARPA has been selected. It would unite designers, start-ups, investment funds and military servicemen. The platform would help to concentrate progressive scientific ideas, investment and a mechanism for exchanging and protecting technologies," he said.
