KIEV, Oct. 11 – Italy's UniCredit S.p.A. has increased its holding in the share capital of subsidiary bank Ukrsotsbank (Kiev) from 31.3664% to 99.9101%, the bank has reported in the information disclosure system of the National Commission for Securities and the Stock Market.
UniCredit Bank Austria AG decreased its share holding in the bank to 0.0031% from 68.5468%.
Ukrsotsbank said on its website that the structure of its shareholder capital changed as management of the banking business of UniCredit Group (UCG) in the Central and Eastern Europe was transferred from UniCredit Bank Austria AG to UniCredit S.p.A.
